1. The extension of legs
To develop the muscles at the top of the knees and strengthen to support the muscle organizations of the knee. If in the gym, you can use the leg extension exercise equipment to practice ; if you are at home, you can sit in a chair or bed, with your hands fixed to support yourself, with two ankles catching a dumbbell or a pillow to do this exercise. The action just need sitting, knees bent, then straighten the knees. You will feel the thigh muscle contraction. After the action of stretching,you can count two times slowly (still two seconds) and then spend 4 seconds to lower the weight. In other words, the relative speed up of strengthen the legs is faster than the speed down. Beginner can practice in two groups, and after your adaptation you can practice in 3 or 4 groups,then repeat it 12-20 times. Leg stretching exercises are the beginning of each leg movements.
2. Squatting
Squatting can develop the muscle stocks, the perfect Leg is the best part to practice. You can wake up one day in the early morning and do the squatting 100times. Dumbbells require to be placed on the two shoulders, or let a pillow under the neck. And then squat on the parallel ground (with thighs parallel to the ground), rather than squat. If squat too low, it is easy to strain the knees. To do it at the beginning of this action, you can practice in 2 groups, each movement can be 12-15 times to repeat , after adaption, you can do the exercise in 4 groups every time ,and every group need 15 times to repeat the action.
